The first Miu Miu Eau de Parfum fragrance was released in 2015. It was a youthful amalgamation of floral fragrances that included jasmine, rose oil and lily of the valley. In 2016, Miu Miu released the L’Eau Bleue a fragrance of fresh and dewy spring flowers. At the beginning of 2018, Miu Miu released L’Eau Rosee, the smell of wind with a mix of lily of the valley, cassis, and musk.
Fleur d’Argent will join the collection in September 2018 as a unique composition of white tuberose flower that is perfectly balanced by a hint of musk and akigalawood. Designed by the perfumer Daniela Andrier the fragrance captures the spirit of a Miu Miu girl, striving with more intense and sensual notes.
The fragrance is advertised by the gorgeous actress Stacy Martin, photographed by Alasdair McLellan and accompanied by a film by Rebecca Zlotowski. The idea behind Miu Miu Fleur D’Argent was born from the image of a powdery jacket worn on a sparkling dress: an elegant and jaunty combination, absolutely feminine and modern.
The fragrance opens to impress with tuberose floral notes that give the intensity and the maturity of the fragrance, calmed with woody ingredients of moss and akigalawood.
Akigalawood is the chemical molecule developed at the Givaudan laboratories which has the aroma of patchouli, rich in woody and floral nuances. These molecules are decorated with musky powder scents, absolutely sophisticated and luxurious.
- Notes: tuberose, musk, akilgalawood
The recipient is made from the same classic matelassé bottle as the original from 2015 and unlike the famous Eau de Parfum, the interior of the Fleur d’Argent is painted in silver, while the vintage cap it is a pink color.
The fragrance is available as 30ml and 50 ml Eau de Parfum.
